In general, especially at the start, the interpretations for both the Dark Moon Lilith (2nd, hypothetical moon of Earth) & Black Moon Lilith (mathematical point derived from the Earth & Moon), are almost identical. It seems many of the interpreting astrologers even get them confused! Then there is the matter of differentiating between the mean & true values for each & the fact that the ephermis data can be incomplete or erroneous, so all numbers should be checked & rechecked, for accuracy. This is pretty much a full time job ~ Lilith doesn't make this easy!! Upon further research, you may want to tease the specific details apart, but if you just want to have a general idea of what the crescent moon with the cross symbol on your astro.com chart indicates, here's what I've compiled, from several sources (email me, if interested in that info.) ~ as always, comments encouraged:

In a woman's horoscope Lilith represents which part of life the woman plays a strong role in & her power.

In a man's chart, Lilith reveals what type of woman he 'fears' & the type of woman that can drive him over the edge, often to despair. She may also represent hidden power struggles & unresolved issues with women in his life.

In the charts of both sexes, Lilith shows us what we are most secretive about & represents sexual passion. Lilith magnifies revenge, rage, witches, psychics, the temptress & the shadow.

In Aries:
Lilith is straight-forward about her sexuality & may use it to feel powerful. Applied in a negative manner, there may be temper tantrums or bratty behavior. Wow! how great to find a whole tribe of Liliths. There seems to be a growing interest in Lilith and I'm glad more people are starting to break up the 3 and see there is a difference between them. My Blog "The Lilith Pages" (soon to be renamed Black Moon Astrology) is devoted to the understanding and use of The Three Liliths astrologically.

As yet I have just summarised the three as follows:

But first here is how I break them down.
Asteroid Lilith: Cresent.
The young idealistic feminist Lilith. Who seeks equality. Will not compromise her beliefs.
Negatively: Ball breaking, men hating Medusas.

Black Moon Lilith: Full Moon.
Sexual Magic, The seductress, Sex for enlightenment not procreation, Creative power. White witch.
Negatively: Black witch. Manipulation and Svengalism over others

Dark Moon Lilith: Dark Moon.
Exile, Regeneration, the shadow side, exorcising demons, healing wounds.
Negatively: Raging, revengeful, lashing out.

I do see Lilith as the earthly octave of Pluto and she does reasonate with Scorpio or and even Libra if we take Persephone as her ruler.

I find your deliniations true but maybe a tad negative! I think I may be seeing her in rather rose tinted glasses tho. (Black Moon Lilith conjunct Mars trine Jupiter rising...) I think like all planets she can manifest in a positive or negative manner.
